Today was a big day for one mom in particular--my sister! This is what happened. I had to attend a MANDATORY training for work at the Salt Lake Center, which is about 45 minutes from my home, but only 15 minutes from my mom's home. Due to this mandatory meeting I needed someone to watch my darling girls. My husband couldn't get work off, and my mom just started a new job. Luckily, my sister Amy came through for me--she always does. She is the best. Amy already has a 3 year old and a 6 month old of her own, but she drove from Bountiful to meet me at my mom's at 8AM to watch not only her 2 kids, but my 2 kids as well. Yes, 4 kids!! Two 3 year olds, and 2 infants. She is a SUPER MOM! Luckily, my mom found out at the last minute she didn't have to go into work as early as she thought and was able to help for the first part--I know Amy had a sigh of relief when she heard that. With 2 crying babies and kids running all over the house, she survived...barely. Thank you Amelia!!
