Phone call, pj's, and racing

What a day. I'll be quick and tell you the highlights. =o) My baby made a 911 call today. My oldest NEVER did that when she was this age, but my little one was having a lot of fun with the phone having it on speakerphone. When I finally hung up the phone, it wasn't a few minutes until 911 dispatch called to check on a hang up call. You know they verify all your info, addresss, and make sure you don't need an ambulance or police at your residence. That made me giggle a little. =o) Then my sister in law Kim called and said she was coming over to drop some stuff off. Always nice to see her, I don't get up to her home as often as I should. She is amazing. Kim is graduating from the Western Governors University with a degree in Elementary Education with high honors. So CONGRATS to Kim. =o) While Kim was here (not sure how it came up) but it was suggested that my oldest have a sleepover at her auntie's house. Of course my daughter screams YES! She loves her Aunt Kimmie. How could I say no?? SO I packed a bag for my daughters first sleepover...without me. She is going to have so much fun, she won't even miss me. ;) Later, after she left and my hubby came home, I was surprised to find out that we were having a Mario Kart race with 6 other people. The Wii has a Worldwide connection for this game, so you can register your friends and play against eachother. It was so much fun. I even got 1st on a few games...but I also lost a few games. =) My husband is amazing at this game, not sure on his tricks to get 1st on almost ALL the games we played. His brothers were among the group playing together and its too bad they weren't playing up at our house cause it is hilarious when the 3 of them get together and play this game and hearing the trash talk. All I could do was imagine. =) Right now my baby is asleep, my husband is in his "cave" and I'm watching So You Think You Can Dance...LOVE watching people dance. I always get into the dancing shows, it's just something about the dancing and music. It's like magic. It's addicting to watch. I could do without the commentary from the judges and just watch the dancing. The best are when the couples are doing a dance completely out of their element and they nail it and it's just awesome to watch. Tomorrow...I get to check out a possible preschool option for my daughter. I'm crossing my fingers that I'll feel good about this place. That's it from here!
