5 weeks done, one week left to go of bootcamp training.
Just when I start feeling in better shape and I can really do these workouts, I only have one week left to go. They take your measurements at the beginning of the 2nd week, and at the end of the 6th week they will take the measurements again to compare. And I mean all measurements....hips, chest, thigh, butt, biceps and of course the weight. Actually looking forward to end of next week to see what I've done in the 6 weeks.
Every week he tests how long it takes us to run the mile on the treadmill. The first week was 14:38, then the next week 12:29, 11:30, and this week...10:04!! Yeah. I still hate running, but loved my time.
Remember the diet? Know what I miss eating most? bread..the smell of bread. lol. maybe that's my downfall and I really need to cut back. Surprisingly haven't missed my coke, or cheese, or even milk. I've really liked the vanilla soy milk that I've been using for my cereal. and....I haven't cheated! one week...just one more week. I have missed hot chocolate. :)

so wait, you cant have milk? not even skim?!?! I want to know more about the diet. Im trying to eat a little better and would love to hear what they recommend.
