can u believe it?

Not quite sure if I should post this, but I'm still baffled by what happened earlier today. Of course this deals my kids, my life revolves around them. =o) My baby is coming up on 8 months old and is just a beginner when it comes to crawling. I laid her down on her back for her afternoon nap...like I have been doing for 8 months. My oldest girl and I were just hanging out on the couch when about 20 minutes later I heard a "thud" and then crying. I was there holding my baby in less than a second. She literally crawled, or jumped, out of her crib! The guardrail was all the way up! and you can guess what my husband did when got home from work--he lowered that matress so she can no longer even touch the top of the rail. Can you believe it?? Scared me to death. I am soo glad she is ok. My oldest never did that when she was a baby. You would think that at 8 months it wouldn't even be possible, but I was wrong! Unbelievable.
