I forget to mention what else I did this weekend. Earlier on Saturday I met up with my Dad and my sister Amy with her kids for lunch at Gardner Village. We try to have lunch with my dad a couple times a month, which is really nice and something I look forward to. We also try to go somewhere we have't been or haven't been to in a while. Gardner Village is a fun little place. When we were there, they were decorating for a Lu'au, so they had all these cut out boards for pictures. They really do a good job decorating for holidays or events. The kids really had fun feeding the ducks, fish, and the birds.
I also wanted to add another picture that just SHOWS how different my girls are with water. They make me laugh. My oldest says she LOVES the water park, but tries really really hard not to get wet, she just runs around the outside. My baby will RUN for the water and get completely drenched. I love walking her around the water park cause then I get wet too. =} The day we went we had the whole place to ourselves, literally. It was great. Anyone want to come with me next time?!

We might have the same scenario with our kids. Dallin says he loves the splash pad, but once we get there he's too chicken to actually get wet (he doesn't like being splashed in the face...at times he does well with it, but then reverts back to his face-splash-a-phobia) and Tessa, while still too young to run around the splash pad, seems to love water; bath time is her time.
