Yes I went to another movie! My oldest went with a friend last weekend, and I reallly wanted to see it. I was happy that she would see it again with me and the little one. Girls Night movie!
Tangled was cute! My 3 yrd old sat and watched the whole thing...ok I did bribe her with red vines, but she still liked the movie. :) Definitely not how I saw Rapunzel, but thought it was still a good story. LOVE the horse Maximus! As far as voices go, Mandy Moore is the voice for Rapunzel, and Zachary Levi (Chuck) is the voice for the guy, Ryder.
You pretty much know how the story goes, but here's a rerun....girl is stuck in a tower for most of her life, not allowed to leave, thinks this lady is her mother and "protecting" her from the world outside, then she sneaks out with this guy as her guide to help her reach town so she can see these amazing lanterns that are only lit one night a year and the adventure begins.
I've been wanting to see this movie since I heard Disney was doing their remake of Rapunzel. My girls loved the movie....I thought it was really cute....and not at all scary like some past Disney shows. 7/10 stars.
