Just some fun cookies I decorated...

I promised my sister that I would post about my cookies.  Let me just say that I had sooo much fun making these cookies. Just a simple heart sugar cookie decorated in a fun way. :-)  I have been waiting to decorate cookies like this for a while, and finally an opportunity showed up...my own birthday party. This year--the big 30--I wanted to have a lot fun, so I planned my own birthday party. Just something small, a few friends and family.  Earlier this year I took a few pole dancing classes (thanks honey!) and I thought it would be great to have a pole party! Back to the cookies...what's cuter than bra/panty cookies for a pole party? I actually had designs drawn up weeks ago in anticipation of decorating my cookies. Didn't they turn out really cute?! love them. Everyone at the party got to take home their own bra/panty set. Icing the cookies actually took a long time, but I enjoyed every minutes.

Another picture worth mentioning. My oldest sister shared some delicious golden raspberries this weekened. I haven't been able to find them in any of the stores nearby, but she found them at Whole Foods.  Guess they are only availble for a month this time of year. Did I mention they are DELICIOUS. They taste just like regular raspberries, but heavenly.  I took a picture so people would believe me when I talked about golden raspberries.  Thanks big sis for sharing!
