Took me a little longer to make it to this movie. I took both my girls to see it. This was the first time I saw a Narnia movie in the theatre. The first two I thought were good. This one was a little slower paced, but that didn't bother me one bit. Basically this installment focuses on the younger 2 of the 4 kids, Edmund and Lucy. They are swept away to Narnia with their annoying cousin where they meet up with the royal ship, the Dawn Treader, with Prince Caspian (cutie). They voyage across the sea, facing many dangers, searching for lost warriors, confronting their darkest fears, and almost reaching the end of the world.
The movie is slow, but in a good way. Loved the special effects and the acting wasn't half bad. Must mention that both of my girls made it through the movie (no potty breaks..yay!). I've only read the 1st book, but may just pick up the others after this one. Speaking of books...I have 2 reviews I need to work on. Anyway. not a bad movie if you enjoy C.S. Lewis. 5/10 stars.
Still want to see: Tron, Love and other Drugs, eventually Black Swan, Kings Speech, Green Hornet. did you hear about Kung Fu Panda 2! :)
