TRON Legacy
Over the weekend, I meet my sister and a couple of our friends to see a late night movie. We decided to check out Tron in 3D IMAX. If you haven't seen a movie in in IMAX, try at least once, I love it. 3D?? not so much--depends on the movie. This movie I think was better in 3D...and the bass noise that made my insides shakes made it even better. I can not imagine watching this anywhere but at a theatre. Overall not a bad movie. The digital version of Jeff Bridges was seriously creepy in the movie. really creepy. :)
Sam Flynn is the son of the world game designer (Bridges) that has been missing for a couple decades. An old partner gets a page (yup...remember pagers??) from Flynns dads old number. When Sam goes to investigate at the old game store, he finds his dads secret office, and is then transported to the digital world his dad created...the Grid. There he finds his dads creation Clu turned bad, and has trapped his dad in the digital world this whole time. Sam finds an ally in the world, and they set out to help his dad return to the real world.
5/10 stars.

my opinion... don't waste your time on this movie... If you want to waste two hours of your life looking at the effects, loop the preview 40 times.
